Models, provenance & limitations

Hip / pelvis

“Pelvis” by Innerscene Corp. Downloaded as a free GLB from the Innerscene 3D Parts Library. The source page and embedded GLB copyright dedicate it under CC0 1.0 Universal. It is a simplified model, not a patient scan. The source describes nominal overall dimensions of approximately 291 × 131 × 218 mm; those are not an anatomical calibration or a manufacturing tolerance.

Converted/recentered in Blender for this viewer; no claim of clinical accuracy is made.

Spacer

Modeled independently in Blender by Jeena as an illustrative approximation inspired by the user-supplied implantcast EPORE-OP-Technik.pdf brochure, especially pages 9 and 11. It is not supplied by, approved by, or affiliated with implantcast. EPORE® is referenced only to identify the supplied visual reference.

The approximation uses a partial spherical augment, three elongated openings and three circular openings. A nominal 54 mm inner curvature is a modeling reference only. The surface finish is visual: actual interconnected porosity, manufacturing tolerances, fixation behavior, biomechanics and compatibility are not reproduced. Scaling changes this illustrative mesh; it does not select or validate a real implant size.

The brochure and its illustrations are not redistributed on this website. Manufacturer CAD was not obtained. Do not fabricate, manufacture or clinically position an implant from this geometry.

Software

Built with Three.js (MIT license), bundled locally. Orbital camera and transform controls operate entirely in your browser. Scene JSON and image exports are downloaded locally; this static website has no patient-data upload or clinical analysis service. Do not include identifiable patient data in filenames or exports.

For a validated workflow, obtain appropriately licensed manufacturer CAD and patient-specific anatomy, then use validated tools and qualified clinical review.
